  • General admission and VIP tickets will be available for purchase beginning May 1, 2026 through June 21, 2026.

  • Tickets must be purchased in advance and will not be available at the door. 
  • All tickets are non-refundable and the event is rain or shine.
  • Brunch will be inside the Mansion with cash bar and entertainment in the outdoor reception tent.

General admission for the Tipsy Tea Party includes open seating for the live drag performances, brunch bites and a cash bar.  Free parking is available in the East Garage within the complex on Kingsbury Avenue.
